I have right at 900 positive reviews. I PROMPLTY explained to you that i was on a cruise for the week and asked a neighbor to get my mail. I mailed the package out and he unknowingly brought the package inside. I apologized numerous times and offered to send it out first thing Monday morning. I understand the neutral rating but adding the "Buyer Beware" part is a bit much.
