They knew that they couldn't meet their own deadline of actually delivery the merchandise. The only positive I can say anout this seller, is that they do return your message. For days I asked for a refund and they wouldn't. I had to call ebay several times to finally get them to honor the money back guarantee. The seller even lied about sending me back the refund. I do not recommend them.
