Only reason Chuwi2019 gets a neutral and not a negative is they are very quick to respond to email . They gave me a full refund also. However they never delivered my computer that I ordered even though they tried 2 times to do it. 1st delivery they only sent the keyboard and pen , computer was missing. When I emailed they said they would send the missing computer. When I finally got my computer they send the wrong and cheaper model. Item they sent was Ubook 11.6,not UBook X 12. Buyer beware!!!
