Based on other reviews & my experience it looks like this seller is selling refurbished items. My picture frame (a Mother’s Day present) arrived & did not work. The order came with a letter asking to contact the seller first before leaving negative feedback. I did that & they said they would refund. After a few days I hadn’t been refunded & reached out to the seller & eBay. Within 24 hours i did get my refund. Not sure if it was from ebay or the seller because the seller stopped responding.
