The only problem was a discrepancy between the confirmed postage in both the seller's ad and the eBay email confirmation of despatch (Royal Mail 1st Class) and the actual service used by the seller (Royal Mail 48), resulting in the item arriving a day later than expected. The seller didn't charge for postage, so it's not a complaint, but I was disappointed when it didn't arrive yesterday.
