The Toby mug was totally shattered when i received it. Absolutely horrid packing and will do whatever I need to to relay my experience.

Seller never contacted me about this. I would have made it right. If you look at my comments the majority say my packing is incredible. I make every effort to make sure all orders arrive in perfect condition. It was also insured and we could have made a claim.
