    Its brand new, and I love it- but I'm disappointed that it will not extend out fully. If you pull out the knob, it pops out halfway. If you pull it all the way to extend fully like it's supposed to- it resists and pulls back to first pop position. So I can't really use it because I can't get my fingers behind it to hold it. I'm guessing I'll take the loss, but I really didn't want to have to buy another one.
