We contacted the seller and they first instructed us to contact UPS to request a refund which was incorrect. As the shipper, they must contact UPS. They stated that UPS denied their request but when we contacted UPS with the tracking number to make sure it was actually shipped via NDA UPS confirmed that they had failed to deliver the next day as obligated.
