Upon receiving the item it was wrapped in paper, no box, tag attached. The description stated that it was new with tags. I opened it the day it arrived and immediately noticed a deep scratch on the metal. Since it’s black, the color underneath comes through and is quite noticeable. I reached out to the seller, she asked for a photo which I sent twice, but no response or resolution.
