I have no issues with the seller. I have read "e-ham" reviews on the TYT TH-9800 Radio, and most reviews were positive. However, the negative reviews I did read were often complaining about the poor audio / mic quality. Well, my radio fits into that category. The only adjustment I could find in the manual was "Comapander off/on" and that did nothing. Also, signal strength graph on right radio does not match that of left radio, even when they're on the same repeater ( NOAA Weather ).
