I ordered a 2160x1440 tablet with keyboard and stylus. I was sent a 1920x1080 tablet w/o keyboard or stylus. When I complained they literally said to just try it out, it's a good tablet. I paid for one thing but got a worse thing. Support refuses to send the right one. Now they don't respond to messages. I still don't have the tablet I paid for.
