- 9***e (10)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI'm dissatisfied the situation. Frank created a shipping label for my order on 08/11/25. He initially told me I would receive the package by 08/17/25, yet the item was never taken to the USPS facility? I tried to explain to him that I was coordinating the delivery with my mechanic, but he was not honest and transparent with me. As a result, I lost money because my mechanic came expecting the part, which had not been shipped. On 08/19/25 I canceled the order. The part is on its way NOW. REALLY?
