    Seller mailed wrong item and asked me to mail it to the correct buyer and would reimburse me the shipping cost. I provided the shipping quote, but the seller refused to pay the shipping cost until the item was marked as shipped. They may have actually reimbursed me, but it wouldn't be required by eBay for them to do so, and it felt like a bit of a scam. Kind of a giant inconvenience for the buyer with really no positive.

    i offered to refund half the entire price including the additional shipping and he could keep the pedal or give a full refund and have him send the pedal back. Seller choose to steal on the pedal (proving me correct that he wouldn't have sent it) and instead leave me bad feedback. ironic how he stole a pedal now and says "it felt like a scam" on my part.
