Seller provided a tracking number the day after I placed my order, but shipment never reached carrier. Contacted seller after 7 days, they said carrier returned shipment and they would ship again. Next day new tracking number, shipment again did not ship. Four days later filed complaint. Two hours after complaint, carrier received shipment. Took another week for me to receive package. Had to order from another vendor in the meantime. Item arrived in good shape but in improvised packaging.
