Once the service was completed, I was advised the amp was shipped back to me. For some reason the shipping was lost and when I contacted the Ebayer they were not sure about the delay but kept me updated with resolving the problem. After a while I got nervous about my package being lost. The suddenly it was delivered today. Weird exchange but amp fixed, good service and communication.

It also took MUCH longer than the advertised 1-5 days, I think mine took around 4 weeks total. The refurbuishment took longer than advertised. It was recieved on Tuesday the 15th by paulison, but wasn't shipped out until Friday the 25th. Otherwise I am very happy with the service recieved.
