Once the service was completed, I was advised the amp was shipped back to me. For some reason the shipping was lost and when I contacted the Ebayer they were not sure about the delay but kept me updated with resolving the problem. After a while I got nervous about my package being lost. The suddenly it was delivered today. Weird exchange but amp fixed, good service and communication.

It also took MUCH longer than the advertised 1-5 days, I think mine took around 4 weeks total. Overall I am happy but I feel there could be better communication about the wait times, and why my original unit was not sent back to me?

The refurbuishment took longer than advertised. It was recieved on Tuesday the 15th by paulison, but wasn't shipped out until Friday the 25th. Otherwise I am very happy with the service recieved.
