Gives some support but not really give you any appreciable height to raise you up. Does not slip & stays in place. Cushions nicely at the rear where it meets the seat back. Better than the seat without this Cushion, but only by a small amount. But worth the $ for "some" relief to an otherwise uncomfortable seat. Satisfied.
