Sent to publisher "My dear [William] Tinsley" concerning, the future of the two men's jointly-owned and produced, perioical "When shall you be free for a long gossip over, 'Mirth' - as to its probable future, Etc."

Defects: Folded. Slight foxing and slight soil.
