However, I believe the packaging could use some improvement. The pump on the shampoo bottle broke, likely due to insufficient padding and protective packaging. Enhancing the packaging would elevate the product because it was just shipped in a big box with too much room hence why it broke seller needs to work on supplies. I was left with no pump so each time I use it I have to open the whole bottle.
