No tracking info was provided, I was told to wait and it would show up so I did and the item didn’t show up so I requested a refund and then was promptly sent a message by the seller that I shouldn’t have reported it and the item will show up. It never did and I see it’s relisted in his store for sale again already.

Rachel,I am sorry to read that you experienced it like this, the reason why I thought a case was unnecessary and as I explained to you then was because it was supposed to be in transit still, and I refunded it straight away, and didn't make you wait for it or anything like that.And the one you saw for sale was not the same one, as a seller I often have multiple of the same items, nothing out of the ordinary there, but I do apologize for your purchase not arriving, that is always frustrating.
