Yes, the tubes were expensive, but they were exactly as described: an unused, matched pair of NOS 211 tubes in perfect condition. Even though the tubes were packaged extremely well, one of the tubes was damaged in transit. Just as I was kicking myself for buying tubes from Vietmam, the seller told me he had a replacement tube which I received FOUR DAYS later! I couldn't ask for a better seller and wouldn't hesitate for a second to buy from him again.
