    Such a good little boat anchor. the 700 g will usually hold my canoe (and even a second tied behind) in a strong tide or wind on a sandy or muddy bottom. But mind you put a metre of chain on the end if using it in such situations (like for fishing). The chain holds the anchor level with the seabed. Use link size 8, galvanised, and I use nylon military grade paracord for the rope.
