In addition to the sellers $60 shipping charge, there was a COD invoice for $26 from UPS when the item arrived. Most of that was a brokerage fee to collect $2.41 in import duty. So a $57 item ends up costing me $196.56. I've bought lots of stuff online but this is probably the worst in terms of extra cost.
