Item arrived damaged. Seller had take great care with shipping. Damage not seller's fault. When I left message for seller, he was very gracious & stated he would do whatever I requested to guarantee my satisfaction. Decided to have the broken petal reattached as I love this beautiful rose. Thank you for your kind words. Shipping rates have gone up but the service from the carriers has gone down. I overpack a lot of my items, especially breakables and some still get damaged.
