    This item has a fixed voltage reduction to 87.5%, so for example if your wall voltage is 120 VAC it will output 105 VAC, and if your wall voltage is 115 VAC it will output 101 VAC. It's hefty for the 110 W rating so I'm fairly certain it has a little transformer in it. Suits my needs!
