Which they never stated at purchase or prior to purchase. Also it’s a plug and play part. Very simple to install. So now I have a defective part I paid $300 for and it’s no good. That I can’t send back. Buyer beware.. never buying from them again!

Installation instructions were good and the unit, with remote, fired up after installation. Did an extensive search this was the best price I found. The package arrived a couple days ahead of the initial UPS estimate.
