More of an enhanced port of the original Continuum Shift than a true sequel, gamers can once again take control of all 18 characters and guide them through "Arcade," "Score Attack," "Training," and "Story" modes. But handheld players get the added bonus of the new "Abyss" and "Legion 1.5" modes, as well as a revamped "Challenge" mode. The "Story" and "Arcade" modes have been beefed up with new story segments for each character, and multiplayer fans can join three friends for local battles, with two gamers fighting and the other two watching.
