Item did not arrived on time. I contacted the seller and asked for the tracking ID. They did not respond so I contacted them again and asked for the tracking ID. I then raised a case and the seller suggested the item had been lost by the Royal Mail. The seller than arranged a replacement which arrived within 48 hours. Sadly this was many days after the original purchase and I would have appreciated it the seller had provided the original tracking ID as requested.
