I ordered 2 photographs from this seller. On line photos showed both photos included the artists name and the name of the agency they worked with. These would originally have been publicity photos usually issued by the agent and was THE reason I bought them.
The photos I received had no such information.. The seller claimed he was " confused ".
Under The Sale of Goods Act 2015 I am entitled to a refund OR the photos I originally ordered.
