The seller misdescribed the product and sent me a cable instead of a 75ft by 50ft cable that was $25 cheaper. I tried to negotiate a partial refund, but the seller refused. I bought this product for a friend and had already paid for shipping to him and in order to return it I had to pay for the return trip and needed the product urgently.
There is only one conclusion - they are not responsible for their mistakes!
