Packaging was insufficient for shipping. Item was damaged due to being crushed during shipping. Item still functions but flange was badly bent.

I contacted the buyer, who is in Canada. The bulb was bent but has been bent back into shape. He did not contact or notify us of the issue and mentioned that he should have. He also stated that he is impressed with the bulb's brightness and is willing to revise his feedback.
We strive to offer the best bulbs at the best price. While we could spend more on packaging, 99.9% of the time, there isn’t an issue. Ultimately, the cost of more robust packaging would be passed on to buyers.
