Item worked but was wrong size. These things are labeled very poorly from the manufacturer, I knew it was an honest mistake. Obviously processing a return on such a low value item would not have been worth anyone's time. I contacted the seller and they immediately apologized for the mistake and issued a partial refund which I thought was more than fair as I wasn't about to spend nearly the price of the item to ship it back and felt like it would have been a waist for them to do as well.
