    No issues with the seller but the listing makes you think its from the isle of man. Its from Italy via switzaland which lands you with a £36 customs charge plus a parcel force handling fee of £12, so £48 on top of the advertised price. Parcel force held it for over a week and i had to travel into manchester to pick it up. Ordered on the 15th July and arrived on the 28th August... not the best delivery time. It is a well made pipe and was packaged well..in a hurry then source one in the uk

    Delivery was particularly slow, as I encountered some issues with customs where the parcel didn’t include sufficient information the seller should’ve included… This lead to me having to chase ParcelForce and push for the item to be released delaying it by nearly 3 weeks. However I can’t knock the product that was recieved, as it was as described and I’m really happy with it. The seller also issued a small goodwill gesture to me which was much appreciated and shows great customer service. Thanks
