      one end has the 259 connector the other end doesn't

      Not sure why I am getting neutral feedback for this. The item clearly states and the pictures clearly show that one end has a PL-259 connector and the other end has a male "N" connector. If that is not what you wanted you should have purchased a 213-25 cable not the 213-25 -N cable. The seller should not be penalized for the buyer's mistake.
