    Item not as described. Was charged for shipping for three posters when it was supposed to be free for over $35. Picture quality muddy, dark, also not the the same sizes as advertised. Tried to work with seller but was not friendly or willing to fix the issues.

    Unfair review. Buyer was "unhappy" with their items (shipped as ordered, on-time, and undamaged) and proceeded to send 18+ rude messages demanding a full refund with no return required. My response was sent within 2 hours. Re: shipping --- 3 orders were made in 3 transactions, instead of one purchase in one cart, which did not trigger the automatic $35 free shipping. When I sent a full refund of shipping costs, buyer declined refund and continued to demand a full refund and to keep the items.
