    Advertised something as untested ,so therefore spares or repairs, I don't mind buying something untested, I bought it I tested it and it didn't work, asked for my money back, he refused said it was spares or repairs, it is a sealed power supply there are no spares and it's unreparable so there are no repairs, I can't pay £25 pounds for a lump of metal that is going in the bin, eBay had to step in and refund me.

    This is absolutely appalling. This person doesn't understand his own language and I will escalate this case. I appreciate the transformer was broken which I didn't know but it was clearly said that it is untested and it's sold a spare and repairs. Any half decent engineer would have been able to recoil the transformer also a person could have used the wire from the transformer so these absolutely no need for a negative feedback. It was clearly stated that it was not tested.

    I have sent this guy a transformer which is a chunk of metal and it was nicely wrapped up. He got mad with me because that before the transformer arrived he purchased another transformer and he wanted his money back but I refused because there was no reason to cancel the order. So he thought he will get back to me with a negative reference. Poor human being and completely tasteless. Someone who wants to pull another person's business down because of his mistake.
