I have a 59cm head and it does not fit fully over my head like a cap, but on top. As I said, the felt is very nice quality and the seller was responsive, just didn t fit me how I wanted, which was my fault (I assumed it was more of a pilos cap). I will repurpose it for something else, since the felt is so nice.
