It was due in by 3/30. We were send 2 bogus tracking numbers that went nowhere and when I would email I was placated with “wait a little longer”. They PROMISED it would be here by 4/10 but on 4/10 it was still in China. 2 days before the event still no dress. Dress came in the day before the event. No time for alterations or steaming.
