One of the labels was wet but not sure if it was a leak or happened at the time of filling. Some of the labels stuck on very wonky, which I don't have any problem with at all, but wouldn't have given a good impression if I had bought the item as a gift for somebody else. A 'No Problem' transaction and if the scents turn out to be nice, would buy from again.

Someone at RM had stuck their finger in and opened it to sneek a peek- obviously didnt fancy contents - but seller might consider a little more packaging as it was just a thin plastic envelope for glass items. But item was undamaged so no issue except with Royal Mail employees taking a bit too much interest in what they are handling. Many thanks. Recommended seller.

The parcel condition was slightly damaged, but that was down to Royal Mail and their famous love and care of our packages... -_- I had to contact the seller, and they replied super quick and were very helpful. The appearance - Nice bottles, labelled clearly.

But messaged seller to let them know as the package had a opened at the top when it arrived so could of come out. But with in 2 days minimum I received a replacement for the missing one.
