I used Royal Mail, it was not my fault that there were unforseen delays. Instead of asking the customer to wait a day or two more, at my expense I paid for a gunarenteed service, replaced the nuts and dispatched the same day the customer contacted me. I could not do anymore, not sure this warrants neutral feedback.
