Verified purchase

The item received is not the same color (chrome) as advertised nor it was not wrapped in any sort of security seal. I received a light grey color remote that was packed inside an HP copy paper wrapper. When I opened the box, staplers cut my hand. The staplers were in the box but not holding the box closed. Also, it was advertised for free shipping but shipping was added at the end. The seller does not take returns. I am hoping this remote works for a while - ultimately, it does work.
