Buena tarde! Aqui en Colombia hay un procedimiento aduanero de exportacion con inspeccion fisica de la mercancia y de seguro los tornillos se extraviaron alli. Tendremos mas precaucion en asegurar mejor los tornillos a la pieza para evitar que se puedan perder. Respecto de la firma del diseñador, nuestros productos (especialmente los grandes) la incluyen y no habiamos tenido observacion alguna... Sin embargo lo revisaremos de ahora en adelante antes de despachar al cliente.
