Zoll, Einfuhrumsatzsteuer, Brokeragezuschlag(?), Mwst. summierten sich auf 63,40€, (Nachnahme) welche ich beim UPS- Boten zu entrichten hatte.(Warenwert knapp 250€) Aus diesem Grunde kann ich leider nur Neutral bewerten.

The description in the offer was very clear it came with a wooden box but the items came without a wooden box. Blue Fox Tools said they would send new complete item but I have been waiting now since 23rd Sept. Not receved any advice that it was dispatched, Chased it once but had no response. Not a brilliant customer service and I have ended up paying over the odd for an incomplete order.

I ordered the two chucks with a promise DELIVERY date of end of August. You can imagine my astonishment at receiving them in 5 days from New Delhi, India to the Highlands of Scotland. The parts are excellently finished, well packed and runout on the lathe appears good. A SUPERB service with great value - VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - AAAAA*****50 MM 3 and 4 Jaw Mini lathe Chuck Self Centering Unimat Thread M12 X 1 Bluefox (#165587493236)
