it was a beret and navy blue. Communicated well {if a bit slow). Hence three stars.
The beret was so shrunken it wouldn't have fitted the colonels cat. The replacement
was a bit larger but had also been washed and shrunk beyond use.
I give myself one star. I should have gone for a new one in the first place.
