    I bought the drum. It cost me $559 and when I received it the throw off was stripped. The drum is useless without it. I contacted them about this and got no response. I looked up the broken part and it costs 49 plus dollars. I sent pictures and asked for a partial refund as I had to replace this piece on a brand new drum. No reply after five attempts. Still no luck. They are straight up ignoring this. This kind of seller should not even be on the site. Very poor business and no communication.
