    Color not as expected was charged return fee ,feel they should have waived that not a true les paul color

    We have 79 customers that have purchased this pickguard and disagree with this customer's cream color evaluation. There are 5 photos of the cream pickguard color. I'm not sure why this customer purchased the "wrong" cream color after seeing the photos. After reviewing his feedback, he has a history of leaving neutral inaccurate comments. He was also not charged a return fee and was given a full refund less shipping. Sign of the times...
