But the unit works fine. Nice, easy to see numbers. The mounting brackets actually holds it fairly steady after tightening up all of the hardware. Used it to put XYZ DRO on a small Grizzly milling machine. Had to make all of my own custom brackets to attach the scales to the mill. It's definitely a DIY project to figure out how to mount it to whatever you're going to use it on.
