    Previously bought same item, and it works in my RF power amplifier application. Very happy about value when compared to now hard to find similar item. Appreciate manufacturer evaluation and testing before shipment. Recieved item in good condition and hand written gain rating written on top of package is legible. These new transistors to be used for future repair supporting vintage Kenwood TS940S.

    Communication with the seller, positive and encouraging. I took screening measurements of the device, reported my findings to the seller before install. Seller encouaged me to try out the devices and I did so by soldering the devices onto the circuit board, mounting the board onto the heat sink, turned on the radio, took voltage meassurments and everything was good. From a system check was able to perform tuning per the service manual and radio transmits. THANKS FOR THE HELP !
