However, although I understand it is not the seller's fault, the Evri delivery driver squished the box which was very clearly too big to fit into my letterbox, into my letterbox, breaking the box completely. He finally gave up trying to fit it into the letterbox and left it half hanging out and banged on the door. So the gift I bought for my daughter's birthday now looks like it has been stepped on.
