I installed it according to the instructions. Scanned for channels caught all 51 channels. Still having trouble catching one of our favorite channels but I feel that I can figure it out. Mr. Frank was very helpful and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent. Would recommend this seller.

I cannot send it back because I'm not going to pay a man to climb on my roof again for nothing. I have installe many times and know what I am doing. Whoever he paid to go on the roof did something wrong or location is in a weak signal area and the antenna wasn't set up for long distance operation as detailed in the instruction manual. The antenna clearly was not set up properly. Resolution is always possible with communication and this was not done.
