    Item was new as described. Be very careful adjusting the gain controls of the amplifier. This amplifier has a very low noise to signal ratio, maybe half or less of other amplifiers. The low noise ratio makes this item a good value. The knobs used to adjust the gain controls of the amplifier are easy to accidently break off, with a regular 1/8" screwdriver tip.
